Their transformation has broken all codes and restored the port's reputation, turning this spot on the banks of the Deûle into a flamboyant space combining relaxation and modern elegance. From 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Sunday 8 p.m.), you'll be captivated by the magic of personalized, smiling service, a cosy wood-panelled dining room and the new floating terrace, cradled by the River Deûle and offering a unique view of the Château de Robersart. This experience is accompanied, lunch and dinner, by seasonal bistronomic cuisine prepared in-house by an innovative and passionate chef. He delights you with both regional dishes such as Welsh and subtle creations like his remarkable saithe with onions preserved in honey and rosemary. His delicate presentation adds to the pleasure.
