Remarkable Restaurant 45 and €69 for lunch, €98 and €120: a program and a promise kept in terms of the number of dishes advertised, four or six for the last two formulas. Behind the hidden menus, Camille and Diego make up for it with a communicative energy: the place is superb, contemporary and regional, warm and designer, also offering, thanks to a friendly clientele, an atmosphere that you couldn't find in any other region for a gastro of this calibre. This compensates in part for the absence of a menu and the impossibility of choice, as the chef offers a sufficiently broad palette that most dishes are suitable. The service is committed and supportive, playing an active part in this well-organized celebration, and the cellar is beautifully modern.
