Chef's Restaurant You can't refuse a meal in the country! Especially since this well-kept house offers a very tranquil atmosphere. The room, comfortable without exuberance, is luminous. It's Maud's domain, and her welcome and service are always invigorating. Yvann Guglielmetti, who has worked with some of the world's top chefs, finds his inspiration in Brittany, without denying his Mediterranean origins, which often feature in his compositions. Let's salute these pretty langoustines, served cold, escorted by a zucchini flower garnished with a fish stuffing. A few orange zests and a sapid emulsion of langoustine heads add to the gustatory pleasure. The perfectly-cooked pollack is a real winner... doubly supported by a beurre blanc with seaweed and a tomato coulis flavored with Kari Gosse... One of the two would be more than enough. The accompaniment of roasted tomatoes of different colors and cooking times ensures lightness and sweet acidity. While the two buckwheat shortbreads are delicious, they take precedence over the discreet peaches, served "au naturel", with lemon blossom sorbet and coulis. As for drinks, perhaps you'd prefer a dry Jurançon "La Petite Hours" from Domaine Uroulat or a Riesling from Domaine Frey. For a final sip, a glass of Kystin ice cider will do the trick...
