Remarkable Restaurant A serious and faithful table in the heart of Lannion, revised each year with the renewed pleasure of a plate that we know is reinvented and modern. Each year, Marc Briand proves his vitality and consistency, offering his northern region a haven of excellence for special occasions. The 74 € menu includes crab, green apple, yuzu and arugula sorbet; red line tuna, heirloom tomatoes and basil oil; st. Pierre, artichoke and fennel mousseline; chocolate guanaja, rice pudding and mango, spiced bread; fig, gavotte, buckwheat cream and fig sorbet. Service in the right tone, large, classic cellar.
