Sponsored To speak about La Papote to those not fortunate enough to know this atypical place, three words are essential: drink, eat and sleep. Part bar, part restaurant, part chambre d'hôte, this establishment opened in April 2023 thanks to the drive and determination of a couple of restaurateurs: Émilie and Ludwik. Assisted by an interior designer, Margaux Slowey, they do everything to make their customers feel "at home with us"! Whether they come just for a glass of wine - natural or biodynamic - or are staying a night or two near La Papote. At the table, lovers of good, fresh, local, seasonal produce and gourmet dishes are well catered for. On a menu that changes every month, the must-try is the Aubrac beef tataki with chimichurri sauce. The discoveries offered by chefs Clément and Sarah are just as exciting as the opportunities to use the restaurant, which is extended by a pleasant garden with a pétanque court, for your family events. Reservations recommended.
