Gourmet Restaurant Established five years ago, Laura and Loïc Plestin bring a modern touch to the city. On the avenue leading to the city's entrance gates, they've fitted out a room with light wood and almond-green walls, whose urban bistro-style sobriety is much appreciated. The menu is rather simple, with well-presented dishes, and even if the price of the €39 menu seems a little high in comparison, you can enjoy the moment thanks to the attentive kindness of Laura, the only person in the room: velouté of ceps and other mushrooms, pork effilochée with crunchy sprouted vegetables and a good reduced jus, a rather rudimentary vanilla cream that could do without the decorative raspberries in January. Small cellar and essentially focused on the Rhone Valley.
