Gourmet Restaurant Thierry Blandin's charming little country house south of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is a country rendezvous for family gatherings and secret dinners. The intention is to be creative, and the Halte Gourmande menu at €52 offers a fine panorama of potentials, with oyster panaché on a bed of seaweed, seafood sauerkraut, beef fillet and sweetbreads with grape-pickers' pear, chocolate heart coulant and salted butter caramel ice cream. Professional service. Suitable cellar.
