A small Corsican embassy in the heart of the Vaucluse region, with a warm welcome and quality ingredients. The menu features the essentials of the island, with a number of contemporary and consensual ideas: butternut velouté with brioche croutons, brocciu omelette, boîte chaude with Corsican ham and potatoes, grilled octopus, mango compote and mashed potatoes with truffle oil, brocciu lasagne, fiadone or chestnut fondant.
