Gourmet Restaurant Thierry Hantson has taken his beloved Chaumière a long way towards modernity, in this soothing, sunny spot in the Pévèle countryside. Whether for family gatherings, business meals or seminars, the tastefully decorated space lends itself perfectly to the discovery of gourmet cuisine prepared by a young, motivated team, some of whom are still in training. Using local products such as coffees from a nearby roaster or meats from their long-standing partner, the chef showcases his region not only through his beautifully presented cuisine, but also by passing on his knowledge to younger generations. A market menu that changes with the seasons completes the tempting menu, with its flagship dish, linguine with truffles, rolled in the dining room in a wheel of Parmesan cheese and flambéed before our very eyes - not purely Ch'ti, but spectacular. Fair prices.
