It's an exotic place, just a few minutes from Lille, where you can get away from it all with family and friends, under the watchful eye of chef Étienne Hazelaere. It's a lovely country house with red bricks and painted shutters, great in summer, and where you can discover a committed cuisine, reflecting new times, where the good and the good merge. You'll discover whelk tartar with shallot ravioli from Jean-Michel Havez, a coulis of iodized samphire and a few obiones from the Bay of the Somme, whiting fillet like fish & chips with French fries from Hameau d'Has, a fine beef entrecôte, and the sweetness of honey and rosemary.
