Chef's Restaurant The Presbytère, with its cozy family atmosphere in a border village between Lille and Valenciennes, looks great. Chef Romain Vienne continues to make progress in his sincere and authentic approach, surrounded by a solid and passionate team. His approach is based on local, biodynamic ingredients and a careful choice of producers, with a penchant for responsible ethics and a personal, fresh approach to cooking. We don't throw away the peelings used for cooking broth, we civet catfish, we pamper root vegetables around a regionally-raised entrecote and we infuse Jerusalem artichokes in milk to produce a tasty ice cream. Carefully selected wines, some of which are now available by the glass. Fair prices.
