Chef's Restaurant The menu has kept pace with inflation (€10 more than in 2023), but it's stability that reigns, in the quality of the dishes on offer, in the decor and teams, in the cutlery and presentation, of this former presbytery that lives well in its village and is now one of the unmissable. Chef Romain Vienne delights the faithful with a cuisine firmly rooted in the region. This native of the region makes it a point of honor to offer an ever-changing menu, refusing to stand still and building up the slate of the moment according to the season. An organic fruit cocktail, a homemade syrup or a glass of wine to start a plate of bellota ham or a marrow bone before moving on to the menu, in six or eight courses: a scallop gravlax with explosive crab soup, the amazing salsify sea urchin followed by a land-sea plate with fish and smoked bacon surrounded by a civet sauce and turnip jelly, then poultry from the producer's friend enters the fray with butternut, carrots and clementines before finishing with desserts mixing chocolate ice cream, Jerusalem artichokes, sunflower and clementine. The fresh bread comes from the village bakery, as does the farm butter, and the wines, often organic, don't add to the bill.
