Chef's Restaurant A well-thought-out table, where views of the surrounding countryside mingle with genuine comfort, and Mediterranean cuisine that doesn't rest on its laurels. Proposals include a sphere of French duck foie gras, orange and cocoa, Mediterranean sea bass, carrot mousseline with star anise and vegetables from Roquebrune sur Argens, a gourmet saddle of lamb from Sisteron, white asparagus, a tarte tatin à la façon du chef.
