Ludivine and Franck Gauthier's elegantly vaulted market table enjoys a legitimate local reputation for hard work and a keen eye for the product. The intentions are bistronomic, semi-traditional, with pleasant re-readings that reassemble tastes with invention. For example, poultry liver cake with foie gras heart, syrupy port wine cordon and bouquet of young shoots, well-cooked peach return, Iberian pig filet mignon with spicy Thai sauce, and Lozère chestnut tiramisu.
