On the outskirts of the city, a large contemporary building with the look of a theater, for a modern and practical brasserie. The menu is classic, the execution masterful, with no surprises, including Caesar salad, salmon gravlax, burger, entrecote au poivre, Iberian pluma and homemade profiteroles. Well-stocked cellar with Costières and IGP Gard wines.
