This modern café, launched four years ago by Olivier Douet and Stéphane Debaille, puts the spotlight on regional and local products. The nearby Mas des Agriculteurs provides the right vegetables to accompany the fish of the day, calf's head, low-temperature pork or duck breast. Farmhouse produce, good taste, easy access - all the ingredients that explain and justify our success, with a professional team in the dining room and a large regional wine cellar. The full menu at €44.90 covers all the bases, with pâté croûte as a starter or brandade effeuillée, and baba for dessert.
