Gourmet Restaurant In the industrial zone of Nîmes, you can enjoy lunch on a pleasant terrace sheltered from the noise and shaded by large parasols. Alternatively, lunch in the large, bright dining room, where you'll find a stable, smooth brasserie-style cuisine, served with speed and precision: sautéed asparagus, fresh ewe's milk cheese with garden herbs, for a good seasonal salad, organic free-range chicken supreme, lentil purée with wine vinegar, mushroom emulsion (well cooked, pleasant lamb's lettuce), strawberry millefeuille, cardamom crème diplomate, strawberry sorbet. Wines from the region, with choice at all prices.
