The menu features top-of-the-range burgers concocted by chef Julietta de Malet and her team. Some 15 different items are prepared with top-quality steaks minced on site and cooked to the minute to guarantee delicious taste sensations, as well as vegetarian steaks, duck breast, fish, ceviche.. The slate features a symphony of suggestions, as varied as Julietta's imagination allows, such as croque-monsieur on farmhouse bread, colorful salads, salmon tartar, sirloin steak, duck à l'orange...
