Chef's Restaurant To replace Claire Vallée's Ona and create a new event, we needed a big name. Marc-Antoine Lepage, who has an impressive track record with Mauro Colagreco, Le Chabichou, La Bastide Saint-Antoine and, more recently, Les Foudres in Cognac, has done just that. The aim is obviously clear: to create both curiosity and new pleasure in this part of the Arcachon basin. He and his partner Adeline are proving that good ideas abound and that the first sensations are promising. With the absolutely delicate spider crab or the pigeon from the Tauziet farm, worked with precision and precision, but also in a skilful variation on Jerusalem artichoke or low-temperature whiting cooked to perfection with a curcuma butternut tartlet. Two toques from the outset, and a fine dining room thanks to a manager who has worked with Pic and Guérard. A well-balanced cellar at fair prices.
