Sponsored This atypical address, which combines Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese street food with culture, is a real breath of fresh air. In terms of delicacies, Yoann, assisted by Matthieu and François, concocts 2 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts every day, including a vegan menu that varies every week. "Some recipes are inherited from my Vietnamese uncle," explains Yoann, who also pays close attention to the produce. The vast majority are local, including poultry and beef raised without antibiotics. And, although the dishes are also available to take away, we prefer to take a break on the spot, because we love the unique atmosphere of the room with all its accessible books, created by a scenographer friend. The terrace is also the place to chat and laugh. What's more, once a month, Yoann, with his background as a music programmer, brings you the rhythm of live concerts. We just love it!
