Sponsored Jimmy chose the name "Ginette" as a tribute to his nanny, who ran the establishment for many years. Over the past two years, his cocktail bar has become an authentic place to live, with an intimate interior and a large terrace that is much appreciated in fine weather. To give you an idea of what to expect, let's mention the Experimental Bloody (vodka, tomato liqueur, salt solution, fermented celery soda and chili pepper), the Watermelon Sugar (gin, watermelon juice, Timut pepper syrup and peach liqueur), not forgetting the non-alcoholic creations. And to accompany them, a choice of homemade tapas: croque-monsieur with truffles, pinsa romana, quesadillas with chorizo... all served at any time.
