It’s one of the truly great restaurants in the district, a sure bet that regulars visit without a second thought. It must be said that the ingredients selected by Sylvain Sendra are top-of-the-line, such as the vegetables from Yamashita, for example. Browsing through the menus (ranging from €65 for lunch to €135), you’ll find dishes like cauliflower with Madagascar vanilla, scallops with clementine and saffron, red mullet in red wine sauce, or duck with mushrooms and spiced chicken jus. An atmosphere for connoisseurs, with an impressive wine cellar featuring wines from all regions.
