Chef's Restaurant Sylvain Sendra is a seasoned professional who has long been familiar with Paris, its rituals, trends and fashions. He has many friends who come to taste his cuisine, which is in tune with the times, very well put together, with its juices and top-quality products, always right on target, with a dose of the traditional used to good effect to show that there is indeed a chef's work to be done with two hats: the vanilla cauliflower is really a great dish, served as a starter and which could be a dessert, the risotto de la mer offers scallops and sea urchin tongues in a skilful preparation, the pig cooked at a low temperature is enhanced by a merguez condiment, and the banana citrus tart is very pleasant with its pineapple fruit pastes. A large cellar for a connoisseur, efficient, available and smiling service, including a committed and attentive sommelier.
