Gourmet Restaurant In a quiet alley behind the cathedral, a friendly, classic restaurant that hides its game a little under the surface. The cuisine is finer and more elaborate than it appears, and the chef deserves his chef's hat for his well-executed dishes: mushroom croustade with foie gras, poached scallops in cider, rabbit puff pastry, lamb mouse cooked 10 hours Oriental style... Good choice of desserts (pavlova red fruits, finger Mentchikoff...), suitable cellar.
