Their restaurant, La Table de Cybèle, was one of Boulogne-Billancourt's great success stories. Cybèle and Frank Idelot then indulged their desire for nature by taking over Domaine les Bruyères, an 1850 coaching inn which they have skilfully transformed into a guest house. In all, 5 rooms (named "Chêne", "Tilleul" or "Peuplier") celebrate the country spirit of the place, with natural materials, top-quality bedding and beautiful walk-in showers. When it comes to cooking, it's easy to see that the Idelots haven't lost their touch. The proof is in the delights served at La Ruche, a gourmet, locavore and eco-responsible restaurant where you can sample only local produce and fruit and vegetables from their 2,000 m2 permaculture vegetable garden.
