Gourmet Restaurant The superb mansion welcomes Philippe Coco's delicate cuisine, as if in a guest house, for a few evenings a week. This rather restrictive layout, combined with two menu choices (7 or 9 courses), nevertheless makes it an interesting table for an evening's experience. A skilful alternation of protein and vegetable with noble and/or seasonal products: mushroom, lobster, fish with beet and wasabi, beef cheek, hazelnut, a variety of imaginative dishes that extend well into the clever desserts (pisette lait champignons, "La fin des haricots"...). Cellar with a high Anjou density, well-organized, responsive and competent service.
