Gourmet Restaurant Samuel Albert's large brasserie is running smoothly on the central Place du Ralliement. It's a modern place, popular both at lunchtime for a quick bite and in the evening for conviviality, always in a contemporary atmosphere. The menu brings together contemporary products and recipes: beef pho yuzu lemongrass rice vermicelli, haddock curry spinach coulis orzo risotto, scallops pumpkin kumquat meat jus infused with marsh pepper, low-temperature free-range poultry Japanese mushroom tandoori poultry jus. Choose your accompaniment (aligot, French fries, carrot mousseline) and finish with the trompe-l'œil "Magritte" apple (an allusion to the famous pipe) or pineapple cremet.
