Remarkable Restaurant Until the end of the year, enjoy the talent and charm of this singular establishment: Inès and Ismaïl Guerre-Genton have decided to turn the page to pursue other projects. Nevertheless, until December 24, there's still time to discover these plates so finely personalized by a chef who follows his own path without worrying about codes, meticulous in his associations and seasonings, inventive in his textures and cooking.
