Ana and Aymeric are at the helm, offering sweet and savoury breaks made from simple, quality products that everyone loves. Feast your eyes on large whole potatoes baked in the oven, with pulp mashed in melted butter and parsley! You'll love our savoury waffles with mashed potatoes in the batter! A variety of delicious toppings make these waffle bases the perfect accompaniment to a salad. The Truffadette waffle topped with Cantal cheese, onion cream sauce and cured ham is emblematic.
