Sponsored Close to the Montparnasse Tower and not far from the famous catacombs, Pascale and Olivier Moreau recently took over the running of this friendly crêperie. As soon as you enter, the Breton flag from their childhood is flying, announcing the color of the delicacies concocted by the Chef. Perfectionists with a passion for the culinary arts, Pascale (trained at the demanding Ferrandi school) and Olivier (a crêpier by trade) are committed to imagining and surprising their guests' taste buds with classic galettes and crêpes, as well as innovative creations that change with the seasons. The 100% buckwheat organic flour is perfect for regional dishes such as Basquaise, with piperade, Espelette pepper, peppers, Basque cheese and chorizo, or Perros-Guirec with scallops and spinach shoots, a divine delight! For a sweet treat, opt for the Pont-Aven, a crêpe topped with buckwheat ice cream, salted butter caramel, Breton shortbread and whipped cream. Each ingredient is handcrafted in the Breton tradition, with a vegan option available on request. When the weather's fine, you can enjoy a shady, flower-filled terrace in flashy mode.
