The bistro is now run by Morgane Alzerat, Serge’s daughter, who serves up Lyon-style cuisine that’s as inviting as ever, upholding the fine reputation her father earned. The bouchon provides the atmosphere and tradition for an authentic experience. On the menu: eggs meurette, veal andouillette, pike quenelles with lobster sauce, tablier de sapeur, pistachio-flavored Lyonnais sausage, pepper-crusted steak, œufs à la neige, custard with salted butter caramel, and pink pralines.
