Gourmet Restaurant This bistro offers simple marine brasserie cuisine, for a clientele of regulars who come to discover the fish of the day listed on a large slate. Five starters include squid a la plancha and shrimp nems, followed by six fish dishes that make you hesitate: poached skate wing with capers, monkfish bourride in fish soup or filet of st. pierre with purée. Desserts are classic: baba au rhum, crème brûlée, tarte tatin. To accompany this seafood cuisine, there's a simple wine list, with all bottles priced at €35 and wines by the glass at €9. Friendly staff who don't hesitate to strike up a conversation with customers.
