Chef's Restaurant Etheliya Hananova, sommelier, and Noam Gedalof, chef previously seen at the Sergent Recruteur, have been reviving this pretty corner of the 16th arrondissement, not really used to hosting this kind of table, for a few seasons now. Yoni Saada's former Miniatures has undergone a major transformation, with its meticulous decor, harmonious color scheme and contemporary cuisine that strikes a balance between the classical and the canaille: cauliflower à la grenobloise, yellow chicken, polenta and trompettes-de-la-mort, Corsican veal fillet, sweetbreads and marrow (from Abbatucci), roasted carrots with spices and spinach, chocolate soufflé and vanilla ice cream, for an ensemble that's both lively and well-focused. A fine cellar, very well recommended.
