Chef's Restaurant In a quiet alleyway in the 15th arrondissement, Cyril Lignac's Italian address looks like a VIP beach bar. The large terrace that runs the length of the establishment offers customers huge, soft white banquettes under red and white striped blinds: so dolce vita! We make our way between two or three tables of influencers or tourists on the go, looked after by a team with a perfect attitude. To perfect the aesthetics of his restaurant, the media-savvy chef enlisted the help of one of the capital's most renowned design studios. Inside, then, the decor is much more subdued, but no less refined: patinated copper cladding and celadon-blue ceramics play successful chiaroscuro. Then, the transalpine imagery unfolds without a hitch: the execution is impeccable, the flavors present, in the agnolotti vongole as well as the vanilla and amarena-pistachio panna cotta, without any particular search for originality or signature. Logically high prices.
