Original Restaurant A legendary Deauville restaurant, the table is as much that of a bistro-style kitchen with a loyal following as it is a place to see and be seen. The house religiously preserves its simple appearance, full of references to its history, its banquettes and small tables. On the plate, the same classics through the ages: boiled egg with caviar, shrimp platter, moules-frites, cod with cream sauce, crispy veal breast with chateaubriand sauce, a traditional tarte tatin.
