Gault&Millau's review 2025

Les Manoirs de Tourgéville is one of those addresses that offers much more than just a hotel, however luxurious. Situated between Deauville and Honfleur, the estate was imagined by Claude Lelouch for the purposes of a feature film, before being transformed into an artists' residence until 2010. Converted into a hotel, the place still infuses the director's universe today, with a 50-seat cinema where guests can take part in previews or enjoy their favorite film at a private screening. A favorite haven for cinephiles, the site also delights lovers of nature and authenticity, with its 7 hectares of parkland, half-timbered manor house and four cottages scattered around the gardens. Stay in one of the 57 rooms and suites named after famous actors, decorated with Pierre Frey fabrics and large fireplaces, before discovering the estate's other treasures. The ultra-cosy Lounge Bar, with its wood panelling and huge fireplace, Le 1899, a remarkable gourmet restaurant led by Emmanuel Andrieu, or the sports and well-being areas: indoor pool, spa with Esthederm treatment cabins, tennis court... A member of the Floirat Signatures group, this is a unique place, warm and full of spirit.
