The three friends recently took over this institution in Lauris, and are united by the same motivation: to offer you colorful, generous bistro-style cuisine. To the delight of their customers, the young restaurateurs have added their own personal touch, such as with these land/sea combinations: andouillette and haddock carpaccio, veal chop with mussel jus or a fine piece of beef with anchovies.
