La Fenière, Lourmarin... The mere mention of these words conjures up memories of the heyday of the Reine Sammut period, when two 17/20s (with Edouard Loubet at Le Moulin) coexisted just a few kilometers apart, but also the current, inspiring evocation of a Provence as close to nature as possible, as envisioned by Nadia, worthy heir to her mother's legacy. There's no fixed menu here, but rather a cuisine that is essentially marine and plant-based, rooted in the heart of the seasons, with a single menu for dinner and two for lunch. What we often perceive as a constraint (imposed menus) is quickly forgotten here: you let go, let your gaze wander over the sun-drenched hills, the dishes follow one another, the experience is unique.
