Sponsored After several years of closure, the Auberge du Kochersberg, a famous Alsatian gastronomic address, is opening a new page in its history, thanks to the commitment of the new owners, the team of Chef de Cuisine Stephen Aubertin and the Chef de Salle Arnaud Massini. In the new, hushed decor, Stephen Aubertin combines modernity with memories of the past, offering traditional, refined, home-cooked cuisine. Seasonal produce is carefully selected from local producers, including buffalo burrata and regional beef. His signature dishes include wild sea bass with citrus and combawa sorbet; fillet of beef with Béarnaise sauce and siphon; and his signature dessert, the Notre Dame tartlet, adorned with a chocolate copy of the rose window of Strasbourg Cathedral. All of this is accompanied by a selection of wines to match, or a fine menu of seasonal cocktails. The inn can also cater for special events.
