Sponsored Authentic and atypical. Tangi Larsonneur, manager of the Auberge de Keringar, offers a typically Breton ambience, whether in the kitchen or for an overnight stay in his gîtes or chambres d'hôtes. Mathieu Larsonneur, in charge of the stoves, concocts a tasty cuisine based mainly on local produce and fish. On the menu, which varies every two months according to the availability of produce, are two flagship recipes, both Breton specialties: kig ha farz, a complete dish of vegetables and meats, and cotriade, a dish based on a variety of fish and shellfish. And to round off the meal on a sweet note, tarte tatin, prepared according to a family recipe, or other sweets that vary according to the whims of the Chef, who is guided by his inspiration of the moment - borrowed from world cuisine, but always using Breton products! Clarisse Gilbert, Mathieu's partner, looks after the family home, which has been converted into 15 rooms and 5 gîtes, and boasts a magnificent flower garden. During the summer months, concerts and entertainment enliven your evenings. In fact, during these fine days, the establishment is open every evening from 7pm to 9pm.
