Sponsored L'Auberge d'Arthaz, recently taken over by Jérôme Adolphe and Christophe Morel, invites gourmets to come and enjoy a cuisine that celebrates fresh produce, homemade cooking and the locavore spirit. A short, regularly renewed menu aims to revisit French gastronomy. Jérôme, in the dining room, and Christophe, in the kitchen, have both been passionate about their work since the beginning. It's obvious, then, that their passion is evident both on the plate and in the service. The chic, cosy atmosphere, the tablecloths, the presentation plates, the thoughtful decor... everything is designed to awaken the senses and taste buds! The Chef loves to work his sauces, master his cooking, and introduce new flavors by adding aromatic herbs or sweet and sour, for example. And don't forget the cheese cart, which travels the length and breadth of France, as well as the sweet notes of the Chef's seasonal fruits.
