Sponsored Youco is first and foremost a concept born of the imagination of a young entrepreneur from Toulouse. Six years ago, John Livatthana came up with the idea of "creating a strong brand based on high-quality, modern Asian catering" that would break the mould of a cuisine too long confined to all-you-can-eat buffets and takeaways. A child of Asian restaurateurs, this financier by training has waited until summer 2021 to open the restaurant of his dreams in the heart of Toulouse, close to the business center. Under the slogan "fast good", almost all Asian countries are represented on the menu, with customizable pokés topping the most popular specialties, neck and neck with bo-bun. As a guarantee of quality and freshness, most of the products are sourced locally. Prices start at €9.60 for the dish of the day and €16 for a starter, main course and dessert.
