The table has changed hands, but the cassoulet is still very much in place in this long Rue Bayard, close to the boulevard. The all-inclusive menu is €42, with all-you-can-eat Serrano ham, and generous dishes from the world of Toulouse, including goose cassoulet, magret, entrecôte and lamb mouse, as well as parillade de la mer and scallop risotto. Classic desserts and other formulas at €36 and €44.
