Comfortably installed on the square, with its lively terrace, Les Assoiffés doesn't leave glasses and plates empty for long. Between cocktails, draught beers and glasses of wine, there's plenty to accompany today's menu, which brings together all the pleasures: pig's trotter, shallot tatin and stracciatella, roast duck breast with green cabbage, fish and chips coleslaw, profiteroles and caramel beurre salé French toast. Terrines and anchovies for aperitif nibbling, solid cellar.
