Original Restaurant The business, opposite the Halles Victor Hugo, remains a fine machine that works well for a tourist public that still appreciates the €35 menu with pastifret and tarbais lamb or pot-au-feu. However, as time goes by, the service - efficient but a little mechanical, reducing the customer to a table number and a bank card - has somewhat diminished the pleasure of this generous and vast south-western menu. After the good foie gras, the rather basic chicken with asparagus and the pear charlotte are worthy of mention.
