Gourmet Restaurant This is one of the aspects of the new generation, a new generation that likes simplicity and naturalness, without sacrificing to the fashions of all-vegetable or overly-calibrated menus. The Découverte menu gives you a choice of dishes for €39, and provides an opportunity to enjoy a glass of the selection of the moment: marinated mackerel in escabeche, citrus risotto with tarragon mayonnaise, poached chicken supreme in milk with herbed hummus, tuna and anchovy condiment, hazelnut crumble with chervil sorbet, poached pear with spices, white chocolate ganache with salted butter caramel. On each plate, an idea, some work, rather accomplished. Tasting menu €59.
