Sponsored Part wine bar, part restaurant, U Buschettu creates a "home from home" atmosphere, with seasonal offerings. "For meat, bread, honey, cheeses and charcuterie, we work with local producers from the Gravona valley", explains Jules Ottavi, who runs the establishment. Several suggestions await you each day, enhanced by a modern touch such as calf's liver deglazed with raspberry vinegar and gratin dauphinois with rosemary, or the famous coffee-whisky tiramisù. Zucchini was also featured in all its forms: tagliatelle, soufflé, baked or on the tapas menu. A snack bar has also opened its doors at the rear of the establishment, offering burgers on baker's bread, Americans, pastas, salads and more. "The idea is always to offer healthy cuisine using fresh, quality produce," emphasizes Jules Ottavi. On the wine bar side, U Buschettu offers an evolving menu, featuring six Corsican wines and cocktails. To be enjoyed in a modern, colorful atmosphere, why not take advantage of the fortnightly evening specials. Open 7am to 4pm Monday to Wednesday, 7am to 2am Thursday and Friday, 6pm to 2am Saturday.
