A reference to the area code for Italy, +(39) Pizzeria is the brainchild of two childhood friends, Maxime and Quentin. While Maxime is more of a salesman, Quentin has a solid cook's CV. With their diplomas in hand, the two friends got together to embark on their great adventure. Right in the center of Muret, the duo offers around twenty Neapolitan pizzas (from 12 to 20 euros) with meticulous respect for specifications: ingredients from Italy, dough fermentation time, oven made in Naples with a temperature that reaches the regulation 450 degrees.
