Remarkable Restaurant Today, it's clearly the grand gastro of the Palais Royal, with no other contenders. Philip Chronopoulos has turned this refined dining room in the gallery into a temple to good living, a gentlemanly bourgeois den of the finest spirit, with a high-flying, luxurious cuisine. Noble products and ideas that take shape in each seasonal menu with a certain voluptuousness: scallops with sorrel and clementine, lobster with lemongrass cauliflower, veal with rhubarb and mustard onion, in elegant combinations that make sense, right through to the rather cautious but masterful desserts, such as strawberry with elderberry and vanilla. High Parisian prices, large, well-composed menus from €245 to €295, with a lunch menu at €145.
