Chef's Restaurant The imaginative Vartivar Jarkezian's travel-inspired cuisine of the Levant is both playful and interesting, fusing passion and imagination in his version of ghormeh sabzi (Iranian) with halloumi mornay sauce in a starter called "ert florentine",) the lean sayadiyah (Lebanese) with a Dugléré arak sauce, finishing with the "café dans la forêt" inspired by the black forest with white chocolate cardamom and coffee crumble. A journey with as many stops as you like, at prices that are rather measured for the experience (around €60 for three courses, and a good five-course menu at €89).
