This top-of-the-range trattoria brings to life the great transalpine traditions with a rare sense of authenticity and product, which can be enjoyed time and again: fried calamari with spicy lemon mayonnaise, Barlotti family mozzarella with datterino tomatoes, rigatoni with wild boar ragout in red wine, tiramisù with Sicilian pistachio.
