Gourmet Restaurant A true Parisian bistro, with tightly-spaced, tablecloth-covered tables, and the probing cuisine of Maître-Restaurateur Charles-Henri Poisson. On the menu, you'll find good ideas, familiar and appropriate for the area and the price: aubrac carpaccio, pavé de merlu de ligne aux moules de bouchot, entrecôte with pepper sauce... which complement the house classics, pâté en croûte, terrine de saumon confit, suprême de volaille morilles et vin jaune... A fine mille-feuille for dessert, and a wide choice of wines by the glass and by the jug, in all three colors, alongside a rich cellar of grands crus for a festive evening.
