The iodized scents of a good tide fill this dedicated counter, set up by the Residents team on a modern tasting model: share tarama and tuna rillettes, pick from the display to create the platter of your choice (oysters from Normandy or the Banc d'Arguin...), and from the plates of the moment with French toast with cockles and seaweed, scallop sashimi or octopus a la plancha. Simple, elegant and right on theme.
